I left a stable and lucrative career in Capital Markets to pursue my passion for helping ambitious professionals elevate their leadership and grow their careers. It was a decision fueled by years of reflection and a deep desire to make a greater impact — and I couldn’t be happier with the path I’m on.

During my 16+ years at the bank, I held 4 different roles on the trading floor, spanning both trading and sales desks. I was fully dedicated to the grind, chasing titles and ‘prestige’ as quickly as I could.

For the longest time, I equated success with promotions and pay raises. I believed that if I kept moving up, all the hard work and long hours would be worth it.

But along the way, I learned that success isn’t just about climbing higher, it’s about climbing smarter. I learned the dos and don’ts of career growth, what it takes to achieve meaningful success, and how to create strategies that actually work.

Now, I use those lessons to help others play their game and take their leadership to the next level.

So…why did I pivot to coaching? 

Well, it started with mentorship…

Towards the second half of my career at the bank, I threw myself into mentorship. It wasn’t something I did because it was expected, it was something I did because it genuinely brought me joy. Knowing I could pave the way for others by sharing my stories and lessons learned lit a fire in me and it’s what ultimately fueled my decision to go all-in on coaching.

But can I let you in on a little secret?

As excited as I was to make the leap, I was terrified. Fear crept in from every angle:
